The Team of the Little Zograff Foundation is excited to share details about a recent initiative that we had the honor of participating in.

More than two months ago, Associazione Neuro Vita – Insieme per la ricerca, in partnership with MAD MUSEO D’ARTE DIFFUSA, initiated the Contemporary Art Contest DISEGNARE UNA CURA 2025 for artists in different artistic fields like painting, photography, sculpture, etc. More than 70 artists participated in it, and all artworks were donated to the cause of the Neuro Vita Foundation.

The chairmen of the jury in the competition are Fabio D’Achille, director of MAD MUSEO D’ARTE DIFFUSA and Gianpaolo Petrella, manager of Associazione Neuro Vita. The other members of the jury are: the director of the Cambellotti Museum – Antonia Lo Rillo; art historian Francesca Piovan; the director of The Little Zograff Foundation – Ivana Kostadinova, Massimo Porcelli, The Association of Italian Sailors; Director of the ASL of Latina – Sergio Parrocchia; the writer Emilio Andreoli. The winners of the competition will be announced on May 26.

On April 2, the exhibition “From Oblivion to Light” officially opened, which showed the works of all the artists who participated in the Contemporary Art Contest DISEGNARE UNA CURA 2025, along with four more paintings that The Little Zograff Foundation also donated to the cause. At the exhibition, the Foundation displayed drawings from children in Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, and Thailand, who were recognized in the last World Competition for Children’s Drawings 2024.

Following the exhibition’s opening, a congress was held in the conference hall of Santa Maria Goretti Hospital, Latina. The purpose of the congress was to raise awareness about the relatively unknown disease, Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. This condition is often mistaken for Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, or Dementia. However, unlike those diseases, if hydrocephalus is identified, it can be treated, allowing patients to recover.

We extend our best wishes to the Neuro Vita Foundation in their important work! We would like to thank Dr. Gianpaolo Petrella, the Foundation’s manager, and Fabio D’Аchile, director of MAD MUSEO D’ARTE DIFFUSA, for their warm invitation and welcome.
